 Shipping
I ship within 1-2 days of receiving payment using a tracked service which has a target delivery of 1-3 working days.
All my items are sent gift boxed and bubble wrapped to ensure their safe arrival.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your jewellery, you will be fully refunded, excluding shipping costs, provided it has not been worn or damaged and is returned in the original packaging. If you want a refund you must contact us within 5 days of arrival of the product.
Returning shipping costs are paid by the buyer.  We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages that are shipped back to us.
Custom orders CANNOT be refunded, as they are specifically made.
